On Mobile, go to your Profile and tap “See your About info.”
On Desktop, visit the Friends tab, and select Following at the end.
Here’s a quick guide on how to see who you are following on Facebook, whether you’re using a mobile device or a PC.
See Your Following On Mobile
Open the Facebook app and log in to your account.
Tap on your profile picture in the bottom right corner of the screen. If you’re using the Facebook app, tap “See your About info” under the Details section.
Scroll down until you see the “Following” section. This will show you a list of all the people and pages that you are following on Facebook.
To see more information about a person or page, tap on their name.
See Your Following On PC/Mac
Visit the Facebook website on your web browser, and if not signed in, provide your username and password.
Tap your Profile photo in the left toolbar on the Facebook home page.
On your Profile, select the Friends tab.
Click on the Following tab (the last tab) in the Friends section to view everyone you’ve followed, including pages.
Facebook App > Tap Profile > See your About info > Scroll down to the Following section and See All.
Facebook Web > Go to your Profile > Tap on Friends > Tap Following and see the list.
Your friends won’t know when you unfollow them. Keep your changes discreet.
