You should only include these keywords in the context of your experience. Do not list them without qualification, or if you do not actually have this experience.
You can choose to Preview your profile by clicking on the top right “Preview” button.
If you want to edit the resume, click on the pencil icon near each field.
Once you have edited the profile you can choose to “Download as PDF” by clicking on “More” option in the top-right corner.
