You can either create a resume using “Create from profile” or from the “Upload Resume” option. Here we are converting LinkedIn profile to resume. So, we will choose the option “Create from Profile”.

Enter your Job Title. Based on this, you’ll get personalized keyword suggestions. Choose the right Job Title. Click on Apply.

You should only include these keywords in the context of your experience. Do not list them without qualification, or if you do not actually have this experience.

You can choose to Preview your profile by clicking on the top right “Preview” button.

If you want to edit the resume, click on the pencil icon near each field.

Once you have edited the profile you can choose to “Download as PDF” by clicking on “More” option in the top-right corner.

  • Awards: Mention any awards/recognition you won during this time. Example: Awarded Employee of the Year in 2018 for being customer-focused.

  • Keep it to 3 or 4 bullet points
