Can You Get Pandora on Google Home?
To use Pandora with your Google Home device, you must already have set up a Pandora account using a web browser or the Pandora app. After linking your account to Google Home, you can start watching with voice commands.
Google will then start playing the content from Pandora. Your Pandora account syncs across all of your devices, which means you can turn off Pandora on your TV and continue watching on Google Home without interruption.
How to Link Pandora to Google Home
Once you’ve created a Pandora account, use the Google Home app to link it to your Google Home:
- Open the Google Home app on your mobile device and tap the Plus (+) in the upper-left corner of the Home screen.
- Tap Music under Manage Services.
- Tap Link under Pandora.
- Tap Link Account.
- Enter the email address associated with your Pandora account and tap Continue.
- Enter your Pandora password and tap Log In & Link. If you have more than one Pandora profile, you’ll be asked to choose which one to use with Google Home.
How to Unlink Pandora from Google Home
Once you’ve linked Pandora account to Google Home, you can use the Google Home app to unlink Pandora from Google Home.
- Open the Google Home app on your mobile device and tap the Plus (+) in the upper-left corner of the Home screen.
- Tap Video under Manage Services.
- Tap Unlink under Pandora.
How to Fix it When Pandora is Not Working with Google Home
If Google Home is not responding to your command to play content on Pandora, then you have to disconnect and relink your Google and Pandora account.
- Open the Google Home app on your mobile device and tap the Plus (+) in the upper-left corner of the Home screen.
- Tap Music under Manage Services.
- Tap Unlink under Pandora.
- Restart the Google Home app.
- Open the Google Home app on your mobile device and tap the Plus (+) in the upper-left corner of the Home screen.
- Tap Music under Manage Services.
- Select Pandora and tap Link Account, then Log in to Pandora.
- Tap Okay to confirm.
How Do I Connect Pandora to Chromecast?
If you want to stream Pandora on Chromecast or any other Google device, all you have to do is connect your Chromecast to the Google App and link your Pandora account. With multiple devices set up, you’ll have to tell Google which screen you want to watch on.
