How to Link Max to Google Home

Once you’ve created a Max account, use the Google Home app to link it to your Google Home:

1. Open the Google Home app on your mobile device and tap the Plus (+) in the upper-left corner of the Home screen.
2. Tap Video under Manage Services.
3. Tap Link under Max.
4. Tap Link Account.
5. Enter the email address associated with your Max account and tap Continue.
6. Enter your Max password and tap Log In & Link. If you have more than one Max profile, you’ll be asked to choose which one to use with Google Home.

How to Unlink Max from Google Home

Once you’ve linked Max account to Google Home, you can use the Google Home app to unlink Max from Google Home.

3. Tap Unlink under Max.
4. Restart the Google Home app.
5. Open the Google Home app on your mobile device and tap the Plus (+) in the upper-left corner of the Home screen.
6. Tap Video under Manage Services.
7. Select Max and tap Link Account, then Log in to Max.
8. Tap Okay to confirm.

How Do I Connect Max to Chromecast?

If you want to stream Max on Chromecast or any other Google device, all you have to do is connect your Chromecast to the Google App and link your Max account. With multiple devices set up, you’ll have to tell Google which screen you want to watch on.
