Can You Get djay on Google Home?
To use djay with your Google Home device, you must already have set up a djay account using a web browser or the djay app. After linking your account to Google Home, you can start watching with voice commands.
Google will then start playing the content from djay. Your djay account syncs across all of your devices, which means you can turn off djay on your TV and continue watching on Google Home without interruption.
How to Link djay to Google Home
Once you’ve created a djay account, use the Google Home app to link it to your Google Home:
- Open the Google Home app on your mobile device and tap the Plus (+) in the upper-left corner of the Home screen.
- Tap Music under Manage Services.
- Tap Link under djay.
- Tap Link Account.
- Enter the email address associated with your djay account and tap Continue.
- Enter your djay password and tap Log In & Link. If you have more than one djay profile, you’ll be asked to choose which one to use with Google Home.
How to Unlink djay from Google Home
Once you’ve linked djay account to Google Home, you can use the Google Home app to unlink djay from Google Home.
- Open the Google Home app on your mobile device and tap the Plus (+) in the upper-left corner of the Home screen.
- Tap Video under Manage Services.
- Tap Unlink under djay.
How to Fix it When djay is Not Working with Google Home
If Google Home is not responding to your command to play content on djay, then you have to disconnect and relink your Google and djay account.
- Open the Google Home app on your mobile device and tap the Plus (+) in the upper-left corner of the Home screen.
- Tap Music under Manage Services.
- Tap Unlink under djay.
- Restart the Google Home app.
- Open the Google Home app on your mobile device and tap the Plus (+) in the upper-left corner of the Home screen.
- Tap Music under Manage Services.
- Select djay and tap Link Account, then Log in to djay.
- Tap Okay to confirm.
How Do I Connect djay to Chromecast?
If you want to stream djay on Chromecast or any other Google device, all you have to do is connect your Chromecast to the Google App and link your djay account. With multiple devices set up, you’ll have to tell Google which screen you want to watch on.
