How to Fix Crackle Problems on a Fire Stick

1. Is Crackle down? Your setup may be fine and it could be Crackle itself is having issues.
2. Check your Wi-Fi connection. If you’re casting Crackle to your Fire Stick from another device, both will need to be on the same Wi-Fi network.
3. Turn off Airplane mode. Airplane mode can disable your device’s Wi-Fi connection which is needed to cast Crackle content to your Fire Stick.
4. Turn on your device’s Wi-Fi. If you’re using an iPhone or Android smartphone, you may just be connected to a cellular network. Turn on Wi-Fi via the usual iOS and Android controls to see if this helps.
5. Restart your internet router and modem. The problem could be your internet connection. A router or modem restart can improve the connection and fix any issues which may have been happening.
