Enable Airplane Mode On iPhone
- Swipe Down from the Top Right: On an iPhone X or later, swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to open the Control Center. On an iPhone 8 or earlier, swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the Airplane Mode Icon: In the Control Center, you’ll see an airplane icon. Tap it.
- Confirmation: You’ll be asked to confirm your action. Confirm to enable Airplane mode.
Disable Airplane Mode On iPhone
To disable Airplane mode, simply repeat the steps above, but this time tap the Airplane mode icon to turn it off.
Keep in mind that enabling Airplane mode will turn off all wireless communications on your phone. This means you won’t be able to make or receive calls, send or receive messages, or use the internet until you disable Airplane mode. It’s a useful feature to use when you want to disconnect from all wireless networks or when you’re on an airplane to comply with regulations.
